Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi).

Is a certification suited for senior HR practitioners. The SPHRi demonstrates your mastery of the strategic and policy-making aspects of HR management as practiced in one international setting.

The SPHRi credential is suited for big-picture thinkers responsible for planning rather than implementing HR policy. Most large companies and organizations prefer SPHRi professionals because of their proven accountability for HR department goals, for breadth and depth of knowledge in all HR disciplines, and for understanding business issues beyond the HR function.

Course Duration
Total Course Duration is 6 months after which candidate sits for the Global Professional Certification Exam.
Physical Tuition Option:
Saturdays only (9am – 3pm)
Online Tuition Option:
Sundays only (1 pm – 6 pm) — Online lectures only.

Requirement

  • Degree plus 5 years HR/ People Management Experience or Master's degree plus 4 years HR/People Management Experience
  • Fees is GHC 1800 per month.
